摘要
目的 :观察针灸防治药物流产出血的临床疗效。方法 :将 2 0 0例药物流产的早孕妇女 ,分为治疗组、对照组。其中治疗组采用药物流产的同时配合体针加耳穴贴压法防治药物流产后阴道不规则出血。结果 :治疗组出血时间、出血量均明显少于对照组。结论 :药物流产配合耳穴贴压和针刺实为防治药物流产后阴道不规则出血的简便。
Purpose [WT5”BZ]To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion for prevention and treatment of drug induced abortion hemorrhage.[WT5”HZ]Methods[WT5”BZ] Two hundred cases of early pregnancy of drug induced abortion were divided into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,drugs were adopted for abortion and body acupuncture plus auricular point taping and pressing were used for prevention and treatment of irregular hemorrhage in the vagina after drug induced abortion.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] Both the hemorrhage lasting time and amount of hemorrhage were significantly less than those in the control group.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion[WT5”BZ] Auricular point taping and pressing combined with acupuncture is an effective method for prevention and treatment of irregular hemorrhage in the vagina in drug induced abortion.
