摘要
采用 X线衍射法 ,测定了生产环境中微量 ( 0 .1～ 5mg)呼吸性粉尘中游离二氧化硅的含量 .相对误差小于 10 % 。
The study designed to determine free SiO\-2 in micro amounts (0.1~5 mg) of respirable dust.A method for X\|ray diffraction is carried out. The relative errors are below 10 %.The accuracy of the proposed meets the requirement of routine micro amounts .The study demonstrated that X\|ray diffraction is a accurate, convenient and speed\|up method to measure free SiO\-2 in airborne collected by filter membrane.
