摘要
测定了长春新碱对蚕豆根尖细胞微核千分率的影响 ,结果在 2 5～ 5 0 μg/ml浓度下未见增加 ,但在 1 0 0～ 2 0 0 μg/ml下微核千分率明显增加到 1 4.4～ 1 6 .4μg/ml( p <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1 ) ,这提示长春新碱对细胞有一定的诱变作用 。
Micronucleus effects of Anticancer Drug Vincristinine was detected using the micronucleus test with root tip of Vicia faba. The results showed that the frequency of micronucleus of two vincristinine groups were higher than that of control group. To a certain degree, the frequency of micronucleus showed significant dose dependent relationship . The results indicated that vincristinine has probably mutagenic activity.
