摘要 阐述了目前工科教师的教育观念 ,提出创新教育的内涵及创新人才的特点 ;阐明了工科教师应更新教育观念 ,认识创新教育 ,着力从创新意识、创新知识、创新能力三方面要求自己 ,以及工科教师应能根据时代对创新教育提出的新内涵 ,从教学方法和手段上积极思考和实践 ,按照创新人才的特点 ,培养创新型的人才 . This paper first explains the conception of creative education that engineering teachers now hold,the connotation that the creative education really means and the characteristics that a creative person should possess.Then,it goes on to show that it is necessary for engineering teachers to renovate their idea of education in terms of three aspects:the sense of creation、the knowledge of creation、the ability of creation.Finally,based on the conception of creative education,we must reflect and practice actively in the ways and means of teaching,and try to bring up creative persons that are truely characteristic of creativity.
