摘要
介绍一种基于ＰＣ机平台的数字视频通信系统的设计方案，详细讨论了利用ＭＭＸ及３２位宏汇编指令来实现实时视频压缩中ＲＧＢ到ＹＵＶ的转换、快速ＤＣＴ变换算法和Ｈｕｆｆｍａｎ编码的具体方法，并就局域网上视频通信、前端控制和ＤｉｒｅｃｔＤｒａｗ优化图象显示技术作了详细地分析．
This article introduces the blue print of digital video communications based on PC. In particular how to transform RGB to YUV and how to realize FDCT and Huffman Coding is discussed. In addtional, it analyzes communications of video and control code on LAN as well as Direct Technique.
