摘要
提出一种用差压传感器和压力传感器检测煤气表密封性能检测的新方法 ,该方法采用AT89C52单片机作为主控制器 ,实现了数据的自动和快速采集与处理。本文重点介绍了该方法的基本原理 ,以及实现自动检测的硬件、软件和检测气路的设计思想。与传统的下水 (湿式 )检测方法相比 ,该方法可以实现煤气表气密性的定量检测 ,且具有精度高、准确性好、效率高等优点 ,对 IC卡表等不宜直接下水检测的煤气表具有特殊的意义。
A new method for detecting tightness of gas meter is presented by use of multi-sensors. A single processor AT89C52 is adopted as the main controller in detection which accomplishes fast data acquisition and processing. This paper mainly introduces the principles of the detecting method, the design ideas of the hardware, software and air-circuit that achieves automatic measuring. Compared with traditional wet measuring method of gas meter, the new method can quantitatively detect the tightness, and has advantages of high precision and efficiency. It is mostly suitable for the IC card gas meter which cannot be measured under the water.
