摘要
本文从心理学角度分析了馆员与读者的关系，剖析了二者的角色状态，认为馆员与读者是图书馆文献信息交流活动的主体，相互依存、相互期待，并在一定条件下相互促动。
The paper analyses the relation between libraians and readers from the angle of psychology, and it also discusses the role status between the two and it comes to a conclusion that librarians and readers are the main parts of communicating the reference and information in the library activity. They depend on each other, expect each other and help each other forward under certain circumstances.
