摘要
我国的民营企业面临着在经济发展的同时使精神文明建设同步发展的问题。民营企业要把精神文明建设纳入到企业经营发展的总体战略之中 ,坚持以人为本的思想 ,立足企业文化建设 ,提高企业职工的综合素质 ,培育具有民营企业个性的企业精神 ,树立良好的企业形象 。
Nowadays, what is faced with by the private enterprise is how to make a cultural and ideological progress while keeping the economy expanding by leaps and bounds. And what they have to do to promote all-round development of the economic and social-benefits is to bring cultural and ideological progress into line with the overall strategy of their management, hold on to humanism, base themselves upon enterprise-culture construction, and cultivate their own business spirit as an image of themselves.
