摘要
审稿质量对高校学报的综合质量影响很大。高校学报要建立“四级审稿制度”,并逐步完善各个审稿环节的工作 ,加强审稿人的责任心 ,把好学报论文的各种质量关 。
How to check or comment on contributions is of great importance to the quality of learned journals of colleges and universities.In order to make these journals more competitive,it is necessary to introduce a “four step system of sub editing” and strengthen the sense of responsibility of all editors.
