With booming housing market of Shenzhen in 2000. It is noticeable that some issues are looming up behind the prosperity. Based on the analyses of architectural style, size, living environment design and development of intelligent buildings, this article reviews the development of housing market in Shenzhen and explores its prospect in the future.
