摘要
本文在分析研究了有关文献资料的基础上,对国外科技期刊的发展概况、特点、趋势及编辑人员的地位和素质要求进行了初步探讨;并结合我国科技期刊发展中的实际情况,提出了有关青年编辑努力方向的几点启示。
On the basis of analysed some documents and information, this artical looks into developing general situation,character, trend and editorial position and quality of the overseas scientific and technological periodicals.
Then, it contacts the actual situation of Chinese scientific and technological Periodicals and put forward some enlightening guidance about the grogressive direction of the young editors.
