古代史上沅水流域战事频发,这里与外界文明类型和进程的差异,是导致战事不断的深层原因之一。有关这些战事的载籍诗文与传说、歌谣,数量丰富,作品主旨和风格多样,其文学与文化意蕴深厚。
In the ancient time, Wars broke out frequently in Yuan River Basin. The difference of the types of civilization and progress between here and the outside world were the root cause of the continuous warfare. The poems, folklores and folk songs regard- ed to these wars are abundant and the themes and the styles of these works are diverse. They carried a far-reaching implication in the literature and the cultural field.
