经股动脉下段切开取栓术59例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨经股动脉下段切开取栓术治疗下肢动脉缺血的方法、适应证及优势。方法:收集2011年1月—2013年12月行经股动脉下段切开取栓术59例下肢动脉缺血患者的临床资料并回顾性分析。结果:59例患者手术均成功完成,其中2例住院期间二次取栓、恢复良好,截肢2例,截趾7例,死亡1例,余患者患肢皮肤温度、疼痛明显缓解,正常活动,其中7例足背动脉搏动可触及;术后随访1个月至2年,4例复发。结论:经股动脉下段切开取栓术主要适应于股动脉中段以远栓塞或血栓形成患者,利于远端血栓完全取出,显著降低截肢率、病死率。
