摘要
目的分析江阴市2011年疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)的发生情况,评价免疫规划疫苗的安全性和疑似预防接种异常反应信息管理系统的运行情况。方法对江阴市2011年疑似预防接种异常反应数据进行描述性流行病学分析。结果江阴市2011年共报告AEFI 90例,报告发生率23.01人次/10万剂次,其中一般反应73例(81.11%)、异常反应17例(18.89%),症状主要以发热(63.00%)和过敏性皮疹(18.00%)为主。结论江阴市2011年AEFI监测系统运行良好,接种疫苗安全性较好。
Objective To analyze the occurrence of adverse event following immunization （AEFI） of Jiangyin in 2011, to evaluate the safety of immune planning vaccination and the running condition of AEFI surveillance system. Methods The descriptive epidemiology was adopted to analyze the 2011 AEFI data in Jiangyin. Results A total of 90 AEFI cases were reported （ the incidence rate of 23.01people/100, 000）, including 73 cases with common immunization reaction （81.11%）, 17 cases with rare immunization reaction （18.89%）, the most commonly reported AEFI were fever （63.0%） and allergic erythra （ 18.0% ） . Conclusions The AEFI surveillance system ran well of Jiangyin in 2011, the security of vaccination were good.
