摘要
目的分析动态脑电图(EEG)、脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)、体感诱发电位(SEP)联合应用在判断蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)昏迷患者预后中的应用。方法选取本院2011年1月~2013年12月收治的50例SAH昏迷患者,以上患者均为发病后1~2 d、1周及1个月后分别检测EEG、BAEP、SEP。结果 EEG结果分为Ⅰ~Ⅴ级,预后不良率分别为28.6%、36.4%、53.8%、66.7%、85.7%。BAEP结果分Ⅰ~Ⅳ级,预后不良率分别为14.3%、28.6%、60.0%、100.0%。SEP结果分Ⅰ~Ⅲ级,预后不良率分别为16.7%、35.3%、100.0%。结论 EEG、BAEP、SEP的异常程度越高,SAH昏迷患者预后越差。EEG、BAEP、SEP联合应用对SAH昏迷患者的预后评价有确定的价值,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the joint application of ambulatory electroencephalogram (EEG),brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP),and somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) on the judgment of prognosis in coma patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods Fifty SAH coma patients admitted into our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected.The EEG, BAEP,and SEP were respectively tested after one to two days, one week, and one month after attack. Results Outcomes of EEG were divided into grade Ⅰ - Ⅴ ,and the poor prognostic rates were 28.6%,36.4%,53.8%,66.7%,85.7% respectively.Outcomes of BAEP were classified into grade Ⅰ -Ⅳ,and the poor prognostic rates were 14.3%,28.6%,60.0%,100.0% in turn.Outcomes of SEP were divided into grade Ⅰ -Ⅲ ,and the poor prognostic rates were 16.7%,35.3%,100.0% respectively. Conclusion The higher the abnormalities of EEG,BAEP, and SEP become,the poorer the prognosis of SAH coma patients get.Joint application of EEG,BAEP,and SEP has a definite value on the prognostic evaluation of SAH coma patient,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
