摘要
针对高职院校在青年教师培养中存在体制机制不健全,对青年教师教学能力培养和青年教师长远发展不够重视,培训缺乏系统性等问题,应建立国家层面的高职教师准入制度,高职院校应建立青年教师培养长效机制,探寻青年教师入职培训和在职培养相互衔接、相互贯通培养路径。
Vocational colleges is not perfect in the training of young teachers in the presence of institutional mechanism, for young teachers teaching ability and not enough emphasis on long-term development of young teachers, issues such as the lack of systematic training, vocational teachers access system should be established at the national level, vocational training institutions should establish a long-term mechanism of young teachers, young teachers to explore induction and in-service training interrelated, interconnected train paths.
