摘要
在司法物证检验鉴定中,为了鉴别2种未知土壤物证的来源性问题,采用X射线荧光光谱、X射线衍射和激光粒度分析,对样品进行测试和对比。结果表明,2种样品在化学组成、矿物组成和粒径特征方面均存在较大差异,二者虽然当时取自同一案发现场,但是它们之前的来源是不同的。
To distinguish the source of two kinds of unknown soil evidences during the process of judicial evidence inspection and identification, X ray fluorescence spectrometry, XRD and laser particle size determination were employed to test and compare the samples. The results show that the difference in chemical composition, mineral composition and particle size feature between the two kinds of soil samples is remarkable. The original source of the two soil evidence is different, although they are collected from the same scene of the crime.
