摘要
德令哈市是青海省第三大城市,在青海省经济发展中起着改革开放的示范作用、社会稳定的支撑作用。目前德令哈市主要环境地质问题日益突出,已经严重影响当地人民群众生命财产安全。笔者是在充分收集分析了德令哈地区已有资料,结合近几年来笔者对德令哈市环境地质问题实地调查研究的基础上,从德令哈市存在泥石流、地下水位上升灾害、地下水污染、土壤盐渍化等主要环境地质问题进行分析研究,阐述了主要环境地质问题特征、危害程度、发展趋势,着重分析了主要环境地质问题的形成机制并提出了相应防治对策以及治理建议,对今后德令哈城市防灾减灾具有重大的意义。
Delingha city is the third largest city in Qinghai Province, plays a supporting role model of reform andopening up, the social stability in economic development in Qinghai province. At present, the main problems ofenvironmental geology in Delingha city have become increasingly prominent, has seriously affected the safety of thelocal peopleg life and property. The author is in the full collection in Delingha area is analyzed based on existingdata, the problems of environmental geology in Delingha City, on-the-spot investigation in recent years, from the cityof Delingha, the rise of ground water level in debris flow disaster, pollution of groundwater, soil salinization and othermajor environmental geological problems, this paper expounds the characteristics, the main environmental geologicalproblems the harm degree, development trend, focuses on the analysis of the formation mechanism of the mainenvironmental geological problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, and has greatsignificance for the future of Delingha city disaster prevention and reduction.
