摘要
供应链分销网络在实际运行中面临着较多的动态变化因素和市场风险,考虑到成本因素不是实践中供应链分销网络优化所要考虑的唯一因素,将风险防范和控制需求纳入到了其优化之中,给具有不同风险偏好和战略管理目标的供应链分销网络决策者提供了模型参考依据。首先对相关研究进行了综述并给出了研究思路,接着对条件风险值和所要构建优化模型的相关条件和参数进行了假设,基于条件风险值给出了供应链分销网络的优化模型,对供应链分销网络的条件风险值进行了计算,并对优化模型进行评价,指出了其对具有不同风险偏好的决策者都具有广泛的参考意义,可以根据给定风险水平得出相应的供应链分销网络的收益水平。
In this paper, considering that cost was not the only factor to be accounted in the optimization of the supply chain distribution network, we included the demand for risk prevention and control in the optimization of the networks. First we summarized the related studies and presented the line of thinking of them, then provided the hypothetical conditions and parameters of the risk value and optimization model to he established, then evaluated the model, and at the end pointed out its referential significance for decision-makers with different risk preferences.
