摘要
阐述了我国水电开发所面临的发展机遇 ;分析了水电前期工作和水电开发存在的主要问题 ;强调要抓住机遇 ,转变观念 ,研究探索水电开发的新思路 ;提出近期应该做好的几项水电开发前期工作 .
Development opportunity of hydropower exploitation in China is explained. Major problems of hydropower exploitation and earlier stage works are analyzed. Emphases should be given to grasping opportunity, change of conceptions and study on new idea of hydropower exploitation. Some earlier stage works of hydropower exploitation which must be done in near future are proposed.
