摘要
比较我院2011-2014年（专项整治前后）剖宫产围手术期预防用抗菌药物的情况,结果表明,整治前存在用药时机不合理、用药疗程过长、用药品种选用起点高、无指征联合用药等问题;整治后各种问题逐步改善,对我院剖宫产围手术期抗菌药物的合理使用具有重大促进作用。
Cesarean section cases were analyzed before and after the special rectification activity during2011 to 2014, the results showed that the therapy timing, course of treatment, species, drug combination of antibacterials in the cesarean section of our hospital were unreasonable before the special rectification activity,while these problems were gradually improved after that, which promoted the rational use of antibacterials.
