摘要
目的:通过L9(34)的正交试验设计对复方龙脉宁处方中各味药材提取物进行不同配比,探讨复方龙脉宁对大鼠心肌缺血模型心电图的影响;对寒凝血瘀大鼠模型血液流变学指标的影响。方法:采用尾静脉注射垂体后叶素造大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,用心电图机记录大鼠心电图,比较各组大鼠给垂体后叶素前后心电图T波高度变化情况;另建立寒凝血瘀大鼠模型,肝素抗凝测血液流变学指标。结果:复方龙脉宁配比组3能明显抑制垂体后叶素致心肌缺血大鼠心电图T波高度变化以及显著降低寒凝血瘀大鼠的全血黏度、血浆黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数。结论:复方龙脉宁配比组3对急性心肌缺血大鼠可能具有预防性及治疗性保护作用;对大鼠寒凝血瘀模型能明显改善血液流变学指标。
Objective: By L9 ( 34)orthogonal experimental design on Fufang Longmaining prescription's each medicine extracts of different proportions, to explore the Fufang Longmaining effect on electrocardiogram ( ECG ) of rats with myocardial isehemia model and haemorrheological nature of blood stasis rat model's hemorheology index. Methods : By tail vein injection of Vasopressin, acute myocardial isehemia model of rats was established. ECG in rats was recorded and the comparison between groups' pituitrin T wave height changes was carried on. The other haemorrheologieal nature blood stasis rats model was established to test the heparin anticoagulant blood rheology indexes. Results : Fufang Longmaining group 3 eould significantly inhibit myocardial isehemia rat ECG changes in T wave height and significantly reduce haemorrheological nature of blood stasis rat whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood reduetive viscosity, erythrocyte deposited, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte deformation index. Conclusion : Fufang Longmaining group 3 of acute myocardial ischemia rats may have preventive and therapeutic effect. Haemorrheological nature of rat blood stasis model can obviously improve the blood rheology indexes.
