摘要
高职院校学生既要有强实的专业知识与技能,更要有良好的思想道德品质。加强高职院校学生人才培养工作,就需要进行教学工作与思政工作一体化育人。在目前教学与思政工作普遍脱节的现状下,宁波职业技术学院实行的"班集体特色项目"是一种比较有效的解决途径。
The Students of higher vocational colleges should have a strong professional knowledge and skills,but also have a good ideological and moral quality. We should give students integrated education both Ideological Education and knowledge Teaching in order to strengthen students＇ talents training. There is an irrelevance of ideological education to knowledge teaching running through the current teaching. ＂Class characteristic project＂ of Ningbo Polytechnic is a more effective way.
