摘要
身份认同即对自我的认知。在教育领域,教师对职业的自我认知非常重要。开展高校英语教师身份认同研究是全面了解教师教学理念和行为的有效途径。把高校英语教师身份认同作为研究内容,通过采取访谈法和课堂教学观察法,对高校英语教师在不同年龄阶段的身份认同情况进行分析,发现高校英语教师的身份认同影响因素主要包括教师的专业能力、职业满意度、职业理想、职业目标、职业评价和学生观等方面。教师对自身职业的正确认同可以转化成教育的积极因素,成为教育专业能力提高的基础。
Identity is one's own sense of identity. It is be of great importance in the field of education. To study the college English teacher identity is an effective way of getting a full picture of the teachers' teaching philosophy and behavior. It presents the college English teachers' identity by the means of interview and classroom observation. By presenting the situation of the college English teachers' identity in different periods, it is found that the factors influencing teachers' identity include professional competence, career satisfaction, career objectives, career goals, job evaluation and outlook on students, etc. The right sense of teachers' professional identity can convert into one of positive factors influencing on education and lay the foundation for the improvement of professional competence in education.
