摘要
目的对比分析改良型根治术与放射治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法收集本院2012年6月~2013年6月期间诊治的乳腺癌患者60例作为研究对象，采用随机分组的方式将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组患者各30例。对照组采用传统放射治疗，观察组采用改良型根治术，对两组患者的临床效果进行分析对比。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组，近期生存率明显高于对照组。结论改良型根治术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果优于放射治疗，能有效降低并发症发生率，提高患者的生存率。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified radical treatment and radiation therapy for breast cancer. Methods Collected 60 patients with breast cancer from June 2012 to June 2013 as the research object, adopt the way of randomized patients divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group of patients. Control group with traditional radiation therapy, observation group modified radical prostatectorny, to analyze the clinical effect of two groups of patients. Results The patients of observation group with complication rates significantly lower than the control group, the recent survival rates were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of modified radical treatment of breast cancer is better than that of radiation therapy, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the patient＇s survival.
