大薸与青萍对网箱养殖长吻氮磷排放的影响 被引量:2

Consequential effects of Pistiastratiotes L and Lemna minor on cage aquaculture of Leiocassis longirostris' s emissions of nitrogen and phosphorus

摘要 为了降低网箱养鱼对水体的污染,实现水产养殖业的可持续发展,探求环保型生态网箱,以筛选得到的网箱优势植物大薸和青萍为研究对象,设置青萍、大薸单种和青萍-大薸混栽3种体系,考察其对网箱养鱼氮磷移除的效果。结果表明:青萍生态网箱、大薸生态网箱、青萍-大薸混栽生态网箱和传统网箱对网箱养鱼氮的回收率分别为41.5%、39.35%、39.50%和36.05%,磷的回收率分别为31.54%、29.80%、30.22%和27.74%,生态网箱与传统网箱的氮磷回收率均有显著性差异(p<0.05);青萍生态网箱、大薸生态网箱、青萍-大薸混栽生态网箱与传统网箱氮、磷的利用率分别为28.65%、26.29%、26.59%、23.06%和18.70%、17.21%、17.38%、14.63%,生态网箱的氮、磷利用率均显著高于传统网箱(p<0.05);对氮磷移除效果最好为青萍,网箱要达到理论上氮磷零排放的养殖面积与水草面积比为1∶19.90。 The paper takes it as the research goal to study on how to reduce the consequential effects of Leiocassis longirostris's emissions of nitrogen and phosphorus by way of the environmental-friendly cage cultivating methods in growing the Pistiastratiotes L and Lemna minor .In doing so, we have chosen the research object on how to reduce the effects of cage culture on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus by setting the three systems of Lemna minor -single culture so as to achieve the sustainable development of the aquaculture industry, and Pistiastratiotes L-single culture, and Lemna minor - Pistiastratiotes L mixed culture. The results of our experiments show that the ecological cage culture has reached a total of gross harvest of 83.05 kg, 71.13 kg with the Pistiastratiotes L and Lemna minor and the gross harvest of 64.74 kg with Lemna minor , Pistiastratiotes L, Lemna minor - Pistiastratiotes L mixture, respectively. In comparison with the traditional cage culture, it is significantly different from that of the mixed cage ( p 〈0.05) and the ecological cage in Lemna minor ( p 〈0.01). For example, in the ecological cage culture with Lemna minor , Pistiastratiotes L, Lemna minor - Pistiastratiotes L mixed culture and the traditional cage, the recovery rates of nitrogen used to reach 41.5%, 39.35%, 39.50% and 36.05%, while that of the recovery rates of phosphorus account for only 31.54%, 29.80%, 30.22% and 27.74%. For the recovery rates of nitrogen and phosphorus, there exists a significant difference between the ecological cage and the traditional cage ( p 〈0.05). In addition, in comparison with the ecological cage culture, the mixed culture and the traditional cage with Lemna minor , Pistiastratiotes L, the Lemna minor - Pistiastratiotes L, their utilization ratios of N stand for 28.65%, 26.29%, 26.59% and 23.06% respectively, whereas the utilization ratios of P account for 18.70%, 17.21%, 17.38% and 14.63% respectively.
