摘要
目的评估指导干预对老年听力障碍患者配戴助听器后助听效果的影响。方法选取60例老年听力障碍患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组行常规指导,干预组另外接受有关助听器知识的讲座以及个性化宣教,对干预前后进行问卷调查。结果对照组和干预组在干预前后问卷得分均有统计学差异(P<0.05);统计两组干预前后的得分差值,发现干预组的助听效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论干预措施可以有效提高老年听力障碍患者在助听器使用过程中依从性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of guidance intervention on elderly hearing impaired patients with hearing aids. Methods 60 elderly with hearing impairment were randomly divided into experiment group and control group and received questionnaires. Experimental group had additional lectures of hearing aids and personalized education. Results The score was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）after the intervention in two groups and the score difference（ after and before intervention） was better in the experimental group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Intervention can effectively improve the compliance of the elderly in wearing the hearing aid.
