摘要 随着我国电网规模持续扩大,供电能力大幅提升,电网投入产出效率已成为我国电网规划研究与建设运作关注的重点问题。将电网视为一个投入产出环节,利用数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)方法对电网进行投入产出效率评价,分析15年间电网投入产出综合效率。结果表明,各年份效率水平与电力体制、经济形势显著相关,并结合电网不同分布范围,分析电网企业规划建设运营对电网投入产出效率的影响。 With the power grid scale of China continuously expanding,the power supply capacity increased uramaucany,me grid input-output efficiency becomes an important matter in grid development planning study.The Data Envelopment Analysis model was used to evaluate the power grid input-output comprehensive efficiency within 15 years.As resuhs,the relative efficiency of power grid is closely related to the electricity management system and economic situation, the influence of relative efficiency is effected by planning, construction and operation of the power grid corporation based on analyzing the different grid ranges results.
