神经生长因子在炎性疼痛中的作用及机理研究进展

Roles and mechanism of nerve growth factor in inflammatory pain

摘要 神经生长因子是一种高分子量的肽,广泛存在于机体各种组织、器官,能够结合TrkA受体和p75NTR受体,在中枢神经系统和周围神经系统的发展和维持中起着重要作用。神经生长因子的失调与多种病理学的疼痛有关,神经生长因子及其受体在疼痛的产生及维持中担任重要角色。而神经生长因子在炎性疼痛中的作用及机理尚不清楚。本文对其现在的研究情况做一综述。 Nerve growth factor (NGF) is a kind of high molecular weight peptide, which is widely distributed in various tissues and organs, and it can be combined with TrkA receptor and p75NTR receptor. NGF acts an important function on the development and maintenance of the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system. The disorder of nerve growth factor is associ ated with a variety of pathological pain, and nerve growth factor with its receptor plays an important role in the production and maintenance of pain. However, the mechanism of NGF in inflammatory pain still remains unclear. In this paper, the present research of NGF is reviewed
