摘要
目的:观察中医辨证配合耳针穴位埋线治疗肥胖症患者的疗效。方法:将我院116例肥胖症患者随机分为两组。对照组:患者常规性针灸治疗,治疗组采用中医辨证配合耳针穴位埋线治疗。7天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后对比临床效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.1%,对照组70.7%,疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现不良反应,患者的体重与体重指数对比存在较大差异性,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证配合耳针穴位埋线治疗肥胖症患者疗效高于常规性针灸治疗,且治疗全面、有效,减少了并发症的发生,安全性较高。
Objective To study the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical with auricular needle acupuncture point bury line treatment effect of the prognosis of patients with obesity. Methods random will our 116 obese patients according to the method of digital meter is divided into two groups. Control group, routine acupuncture therapy for the treatment group is Chinese medicine dialectical cooperate with auricular needle acupuncture point bury a line therapy. One course of treatment for 7 days, compare the clinical effect after 2 courses of treatment. Results the clinical total effective rate of treatment group patients was 93.1%,there is a big difference compared with 70.7% in the control group （P〈0.05）. In the process of the two groups in the treatment of patients with no adverse reaction occurred. Two groups of patients with weight and body mass index contrast is put in bigger difference, and the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of obese patients with auricular needle acupuncture points buried line the clinical curative effect of significantly higher than that of routine acupuncture, and comprehensive treatment of obesity effectively, reduce the occurrence of complications, higher security.
