摘要
随着石墨烯材料的发展,传感器的发展也如虎添翼。很多优异传感器的诞生也使生产生活变得更加智能可控。基于石墨烯材料论述了石墨烯电化学传感器和生物传感器的研究进展,包括石墨烯气敏传感器、石墨烯生物小分子传感器、石墨烯酶传感器、石墨烯医药传感器、石墨烯离子传感器、石墨烯湿度传感器、石墨烯应力应变传感器。最后展望了基于石墨烯光学性能、高热导性能、力学性能和室温铁磁效应等性能的传感器研究。
Recently, with the development of graphene, the progress of the sensor becomes even more powerful. The birth of many excellent sensors makes our life more intelligent and controllable. Based on graphene materials,the research progress of graphene electrochemical sensors and biosensors are introduced, including graphene gas sensors, graphene biological molecular sensors, graphene enzyme sensors, graphene medicine sensors, graphene ion sen-sors, graphene humidity sensors, graphene stress-strain sensors. Lastly, based on optical performance, high thermal-conductivity, mechanical properties and room temperature {erromagnetic effect properties of graphene sensors areprospected.
