摘要
现场总线系统(FCS)为新一代过程控制系统。随着控制系统的发展以及工艺生产控制要求的不断提高,FCS系统越来越多的应用到化工装置中。本文针对三大控制系统FCS、PLC、DCS的技术特点及具体应用中的差异进行了对比分析,着重介绍了FCS系统在化工装置中的优势。通过应用实例简单阐述了FCS系统的前景。
FCS was a new generation of process control system , which was more and more applicable to chemical industry installation with the development of control system and process control requirements .The different technical features and specific applications of FCS PLC and DCS , and focuses on the advantage of FCS in chemical industry installation were analyzed.The future of FCS was elaborated by an application example.
