摘要
我国农业现代化发展水平和实现程度需要科学的指标体系进行评价和衡量。在遵循客观性、重点性、可行性、可比性、导向性和动态性原则的基础上,可以将我国农业现代化评价指标体系视作一个系统,其内容包括农业生产手段、农业生产能力和结构、农村经济社会发展、农业生态环境4个一级指标以及14个二级指标和28个三级指标。
The development of China＇s agricultural modernization level and the degree of realization needs the scientific index system for evaluation and measurement.In the following,the emphasis of objectivity,feasibility,comparable basis,orientation and dynamic principle, can our country agriculture modernization evaluation index system as a system,which includes the means of agricultural production, agricultural production capacity and structure,the rural economic and social development,the agricultural ecological environment index of 4 one class and 14 two level indexes and 28 three level indexes.
