摘要
从高校辅导员工作常态出发,将心理学知识应用于辅导员的职业操作,从个体教育和群体教育展开阐述,以便提升辅导员工作策略,指导工作实践。
Starting from the daily routine of the university instructors, applying the knowledge of psychology to the professional ethics of the instructors. The point from two aspects is elaborated: individual education and group education. The purpose of doing this is to promote the educational strategy of the instructors and guide practical work.
