摘要
从高校辅导员工作常态出发,将心理学知识应用于辅导员的职业操作,从个体教育和群体教育展开阐述,以便提升辅导员工作策略,指导工作实践。
Starting from the daily routine of the university instructors, applying the knowledge of psychology to the professional ethics of the instructors. The point from two aspects is elaborated： individual education and group education. The purpose of doing this is to promote the educational strategy of the instructors and guide practical work.
