摘要
结合华北山前平原城区雨洪预报、资源利用关键技术研究课题和邯郸市雨洪资源状况,分析了城市雨洪资源化利用必要性,介绍了雨洪资源利用的进展,分析城区不同下垫面雨洪水质变化规律,提出了城市雨洪利用的主要措施。
Combined with the urban rain flood prediction of the North China Piedmont plain, key technology issues of resource utilization and rain water resources situation of Handan City, analyzes the necessity of the utilization of rain flood resources in city, introduced the progress of rainfall flood resources utilization, analyses the change rule of rainfall flood water quality in different underlying surface, puts forward the main measures of city rainwater utilization.
