随着中国综合国力、国际地位和影响力的不断提升,中国海外权益越来越多,中国推动公共外交和参与全球治理的步伐明显加快.党的十八大报告既提到“全球治理”又提到“公共外交”.全球治理与公共外交之间存在怎样的联系？中国在参与全球治理的过程中,公共外交能起到怎样的作用？为解答这些问题,本刊编辑部专访了全国政协常委、北京大学国际关系学院副院长贾庆国教授.
As its overall national strength and international status and influence keep rising, China enjoys more and more overseas rights and interests. China is promoting public diplomacy and its participation in global governance at a faster pace. The words'global governance' and 'public diplomacy' are mentioned in the report of the 18 th National Party Congress, which was held in November 2013, showing their importance. What is the connection between global governance and public diplomacy?What role does public diplomacy play in China's participation in global governance?
