摘要
运用速度瞬心和位移变换矩阵的解析法,计算凸轮廓线的方程,提供了一种简便方法。并基于CAD/CAE软件UG提出了虚拟样机建立的新方法,过程中采用全参数化的方法,实现了变量与模型间的相关性。运用UG的曲线特性分析功能对设计曲线进行分析,还通过运动仿真对设计结果进行分析和验证,为凸轮机构的设计提供了依据。
The analytical method of instantaneous center of velocity and displacement transformation matrix is used to define the equation of cam profile curves. which is a simpler method. And the virtual prototype is built by a new method based on the CAD / CAE software UG. The ful y parameterized method is used in this process to realize the correlation between the variables and the model and UG curve characteristic analysis functions are used to analyze the design curves. and verify the results by motion simulation. The reliable reference is provided for the design of the cam mechanism.
