摘要
散热器是汽车发动机冷却系统的重要组成部分.采用多孔介质模型对汽车散热器进行简化,对其温度场和流场进行了仿真计算.分别模拟计算了进、出水口位置以及水管排数不同时散热器的换热性能,分析比较了它们的换热特性和流动特性以获得进、出水口位置及水管排数对管带式散热器性能的影响,研究了散热器结构优化的方向.利用风洞试验台进行了试验,并将试验值和数值模拟值进行了对比分析,验证了数值模拟的正确性.
The radiator is one of the key parts of automotive engine cooling system. In this paper, a simplified porous medium model for automobile radiators was established tosimulate the temperature and flow fields of the automobile radiator. Heat transfer performance of the radiator with different water-inlet and -outlet positions, and differenttube row numbers was simulated. The effect of water-inlet and -outlet positions, and different tube row numbers on the heat transfer performance of the radiator was discussed.Experiments were carried out using a wind tunnel setup. A comparison between the experimental data and the simulation results was made to verify the accuracy of thenumerical simulation.
