摘要
建筑物楼板设计应满足安全性、适用性、耐欠性的要求,以往工程师在楼板确保安全的前提下对其适用性仅对变形进行验算,但随着人们生活水平提高,还强调注重舒适性。《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》JGJ—2010,《混凝土结构设计规范》GB50010—2010均新增了楼盖结构舒适度限值条件。本文从楼板的厚度、长宽比等影响楼盖结构舒适度因素入手,找出尺寸与振动舒适度的关系,给出了简易、实用计算公式和方法,其计算结果同实际吻合,可为楼盖结构设计提供参考。
Building floor design should meet the requirements of safety, applicability and resistance. Previously, ensuring the safety of floor, engineers check on its applicability only on the deformation a- nalysis. With the improvement of people's living standard, however, the sense of comfort is increasing- ly emphasized. Both "Technical specification for concrete structure of tall building" JGJ3--2010 and "Code for design of concrete structure" GB50010--2010 have added extra conditions of sense of com- fort on floor structure. With several factors which influence the sense of comfort of the floor structure such as the thickness of the floor slab, aspect ratio and the length of the short edge were considered, we found out the relationship between the length of the short edge and the thickness of the floor and vi- bration comfort sense. We also presented some simple practical calculation formulas and method, and the calculation results coincide with the fact, so they can be directly applied to engineering practice.
