摘要
以重庆主产烟区40份烤烟样品为材料,采用相关性与灰色关联度分析方法研究了烟叶氯含量与中性致香物质的关系。结果表明,重庆烤烟氯含量较适宜,平均为0.33%,但变异系数较大,为50.37%;烟叶氯含量与中性致香物质含量之间存在着密切的关系,烟叶氯含量与苯丙氨酸类降解产物、类西柏烷类降解产物、新植二烯的相关性较强,其中,与苯丙氨酸类降解产物、新植二烯的相关性达极显著水平,与类西柏烷类降解产物的相关性达显著水平;烟叶氯含量与美拉德反应产物关联度最强,与新植二烯关联度最弱。
In the main producing region of Chongqing, 40 copies of flue-cured tobacco samples as material, gray correlation analysis and correlation analysis were used to study the chlorine content and neutral aroma relationship. The results show: Chongqing chlorine content of flue-cured tobacco is more appropriate in an average of 0.33%, but the coefficient of variation is large as high as(50.37%);Chlorine content and neutral is closely related in the content of fragrant substances, chlorine content and degradation products of phenylalanine, cembrane degradation product, neophytadiene strong correlation, in which the phenylalanine degradation product, neophytadiene and degradation product cembrane reached significant levels; chlorine content of tobacco products and Maillard reflects the strongest correlation, while with neophytadiene the weakest.
