摘要
自20世纪80年代起,心房颤动的外科治疗取得了长足的进步。从最初以控制心室率为目标的左心房隔离术及走廊术,发展至以实现完全根治为目标的心房迷宫手术。手术方式在不断地进步,窦性心律转复率不断提高,手术并发症及对患者的损伤不断减少。该文就心房颤动的外科治疗现状及进展予以总结,为更好地促进心房颤动患者的康复开拓思路。
Since the 1980s,the surgical treatment for atrial fibrillation has made a great progress,from the left atrium isolation technique aimed to control the ventricular rate and corridor,developing into atrial maze procedure aimed at complete cure.The operation methods are developing,the sinus rhythm converting rate is increasing,and the complications and damage to patients are decreasing continuously.Here is to summarize the status and progress of surgical treatment of atrial fibrillation technology,in order to open up with ideas to better promote the rehabilitation of atrial fibrillation.
