摘要
在知识经济时代，大学生创新意识的培养是教育改革的基本任务。尽管在目前还存在着一些影响大学生创新意识培养的限制性因素，但只要我们解放思想，更新教育观念，创新教育制度，完善知识结构，调整教学内容，优选教学方法，革新教学手段，改革考试方式，加强实践环节，并配置一支具有创新能力的师资队伍，就一定能够达到培养创新意识、提高人才素质的目的。
In the age of knowledge economy,it is the fundamental task of educational reforms to train the students'creative consciousness.Although there are some factors that restrict the tranining,the efforts are sure to be fruitful so long aswe liberate our minds,renovate educational concepts, perfect our knowledge structure, adjust teachings contents and methods, and equip the training with competent teachers.
