摘要
本文通过回顾社区康复发展的历史,剖析《社区康复指南》,明确社区康复的定义及内涵,理清国内社区康复的发展脉络,针对我国社区康复发展过程中出现的问题提出合理化对策,探讨建立符合我国国情的本土化社区康复发展战略。
This paper reviewed the development history of international community-based rehabilitation（CBR）, analyzed community-based rehabilitation guidelines,cleared the definition and connotation of CBR and clarified the development of CBR in China.In order to solve problems appeared in the course of development of Chinese community-based rehabilitation,this paper put forward reasonable countermeasures and discuss establishment of local development strategy which accordance with our country’s condition.
