摘要
百色起义的成功发动并取得最终胜利,除了原有的良好群众基础,与红七军坚持党的群众路线是分不开的。在开展游击战争和土地革命战争中,红七军通过大力宣传我党政策主张,大胆使用和培养少数民族干部,出台实施一系列惠民政策,领导干部带头进行队伍的自我净化等措施,巩固和维护了各族群众的利益,不仅赢得了群众的认可和大力支持,而且在三次反"围剿"斗争中经受住了严峻的考验,最终取得了巨大的胜利,这是人民的胜利,也是党的群众路线的伟大胜利。总结百色起义期间党的群众路线的基本经验,对当前我党深入开展党的群众路线教育实践活动具有重要的现实意义。
The success of Baise Uprising in Guangxiand Zhuang Autonomous Region relies on the solid mass base which originated from the mass line of CCP in the Seventh Red Army. In Guerrilla warfare and the agrarian revolutionary war, SRA firmly implements the mass line of CCP, which includes the following specific measures： promoting and training cadres from the minorities, putting forward a series of benefit-the-people policy, self-purification of leaders and cadres and so on. Having won people＇ s support, SRA won three times in the struggles against ＂encirclement and suppression＂ by KMT, which is the victory of people as well as the great victory of the mass line of CCP. The basic experience of the mass line of CCP during the period of Baise Uprising can play a crucial role in the mass-line-education practice of CCP.
