摘要
地方高等院校担负着为地方经济发展培养人才的责任,其人才培养结构应与地方经济结构相适应。因此,要以社会需求为导向,明确人才培养目标,突出培养特色;重视学科专业建设,大力发展新兴学科;加强实践教学,切实提高学生的应用能力。
Local colleges and universities are responsible for talent cultivation for local economic development.Their construction of personnel training should be adapted to the local economic structure. Therefore, accordingto social needs we should be clear of the training objectives, give prominence to the features of personneltraining; attach importance to the construction of disciplines, develop new disciplines; strengthen practiceteaching so as to improve students＂ application ability effectively.
