摘要
当前,高职院校大学生就业指导课程建设应由阶段性教学转变为全程化的就业指导体系;由传统静态的教学模式转变为自主、互动的指导模式;由兼职教师队伍转变为专兼结合的专业化教师队伍。
At present, curriculum construction of employment guidance for college students in institutions of higher learning should transform from stage teaching into the whole-process em- ployment guidance system, from traditional static teaching model into autonomous, interactive guidance mode, from part-time teaching staff into professional teaching staff full-time combining with part-time.
