摘要
我国农产品质量安全关系到公众的安全权和农产品国际竞争力的提高,但我国农产品质量安全存在立法缺失、监管不足、法律意识淡薄等法律规制不足问题。对此,我们应该改进农产品质量安全的法律制度,建构行政、司法和社会的多元监管体制,提高参与群体的法律意识,完善相关的责任追究机制。
Agricultural product quality determines the public health and the international competitiveness of agricultural products,but in China agricultural product quality problems still arise as a result of the lack of legislative control,administrative supervision and legal consciousness.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the legal system for agricultural product safety,build a multiple system of administrative,legislative and social supervision,increase the social legal consciousness and perfect the responsibility mechanism.
