摘要
针对高速公路路面车辙病害问题,文章依托宁高高速公路改造工程,采用低标号沥青颗粒与70#道路沥青复配而成高模量沥青胶结料,采用法国EME设计方法对混合料进行配合比设计,在配合比设计的基础上通过试验路铺筑,对施工工艺进行了总结研究。研究表明,高模量沥青混合料的高温性能满足设计要求,现场施工效果良好,能够有效地减少路面车辙病害的发生。
Combining with Ninggao expressway reconstruction project, high modulus asphalt cement is prepared with low grade asphalt particles and 70 # road asphalt, mix ratio is designed using French EME method. On the basis of the mix ratio design, the construction technologies are summarized through testing road paving. Research shows that high temperature performance of high modulus asphalt mixture can meet the design requirements and reduce pavement rutting disease effectively.
