摘要
目的探讨护理管理者的公仆型领导特质与护理团队绩效的相关性。方法采用横断面问卷调查,方便式抽样法选取了267名护士作为研究样本,数据分析采用结构方程模型。结果模型拟合结果良好,公仆型领导风格与护理团队绩效具有积极显著的正向相关性。结论公仆型领导风格可以促进下属护理团队内的沟通、信任、学习和集体隋感性归属感,从而提升护理团队整体绩效。
Objective To understand the relationship of servant leadership and nursing team performanee. Methods A cross- sectional questionnaires survey was carried out with a convenient sample of 267 nurses. The data analysis was performed with method of structural equation modeling. Results Model obtained a good fit, there was a positive impact of servant leadership on nursing team performance. Conclusions Servant leadership can positively improve nurses' team communication, team trust, team learning and collective affeetive commitment among nursing team, in turn, promoting nursing team performance.
