摘要 火力发电企业在采用SCR脱硝后,回转式空预器也会发生低温腐蚀。研究了回转式空预器防腐改造技术措施,分析了柔性接触式密封技术的原理及特点,进行了空预器防腐及减小漏风改造,并进行了密封改造的效益分析。运行结果表明,经过防腐及柔性接触式密封改造后,可防止低温腐蚀,且大幅度降低空气预热器漏风,获得较显著的经济效益和社会效益。 After using SCR denitration in therma/power enterprises, low temperature corrosion will also occur on rotary air heater. In this paper the rotary air heater corrosion protection technology reform measures are studied, the principle and characteristies of flexible contact seal technology are analyzed, the modification of air heater antieorrosion and the air leakage reduction is completed, and the seal transformation efficiency analysis is conducted. The running results show that prevent anticorrosion and flexible contact seal modification can prevent the corrosion at low temperature, reduce the air leakage in air heater, and obtain remarkable economic and social benefits.
